IUAC Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification:-
Health Physicist | Essential: M.Sc. (Physics) with 60% marks from recognized University and a post M.Sc. Diploma in Radiological Physics/ equivalent from BARC/ HBNI or from a recognized University/ Institute. Desirable: RSO certificate from Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) |
Radiological Safety Officer | Essential: B.Tech./ B.Sc. with 60% marks from recognized University and RSO certificate from Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) in Accelerator/ Reactor Based Research Facility/ Gamma Chamber/ Radioactive Source handling. Desirable: Experience in Radiation Safety up to two years. M.Sc. in Radiation Physics/ Nuclear medicine |
IUAC Recruitment 2023 Duration of engagement:
- Initially for a period of one year which can be extended further subject to appraisal of performance by the Competent Authority.
IUAC Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:-
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The date, time and the mode of interview (Online/Offline) will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates through email. Shortlisted Candidate have to produce his/her original certificates at the time of selection process.
Important Points:-
1) The above engagement is purely temporary and does not confer any right/claim whatsoever, either explicitly or implicitly for regular appointment in IUAC against any post or otherwise under any legal conditions or precedent. This engagement is valid for one year. 2) All qualifications should be from Indian Universities or Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authorities. 3) Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The date, time and the mode of interview (Online/Offline) will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates through email. Shortlisted Candidate have to produce his/her original certificates at the time of selection process. 4) Mere possessing the prescribed qualifications and requisite experience would not entitle a person to be called for selection process. 5) Applications received in response to this advertisement shall be scrutinized by the shortlisting/screening committee constituted by the Competent Authority and Centre may restrict the number of applicants to be called for selection process on the recommendations of the committee. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for selection process. 6) If the information furnished by the candidate in any part is found to be false or incomplete or is not found to be in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement, candidature/appointment will be considered as revoked/terminated at any stage of recruitment process or after recruitment or after joining, without any reference given to the candidate. 7) All correspondence to the candidates will be made via E-mail ID provided by the candidate in the application form. No other mode of communication will be adopted. 8) All candidates are requested to go through the detailed advertisement carefully to clear all doubts/queries. 9) The Centre also reserves the right not to fill up the post, cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason and its decision in this regard will be final. 10) The candidates presently working in Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies/ University etc. are required to provide No Objection/cadre clearance from current employer at the time of interview. The current employer will also certify their Vigilance Clearance and Integrity. 11) Applications received after the last date will be summarily rejected. 12) *The number of posts advertised may vary, and the Centre reserves the right not to fill up some or all posts advertised if the circumstances so warrant. 13) No TA/DA shall be paid to candidates for attending the interview. 14) Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification of candidature. 15) The Centre strives to have a workforce which reflects gender balance and women candidates are encouraged to apply 16) Any addendum/dedendum/corrigendum/updation etc. shall be posted on IUAC website www.iuac.res.in only.
