Educational Qualification

Name of the posts	Essential Educational Qualification and Experience :
Manager (Administration)	(i) Degree of a recognized University / Institute; AND (ii) Essential Experience : At least four year’s experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.
Deputy Manager (Vigilance)	Educational : Degree of a recognized University. Essential Experience : At least three years experience in disciplinary and vigilance matters in Government Department.
Assistant Manager (Administration)	(i) Degree of a recognized University/ Institute; AND (ii) At least three years’ experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.

Period of deputation The period of deputation, including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post heldimmediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or Department, shall ordinarily be three years which may be extended for another two years with the approval of Chairman, National Highways Authority of India.
